Garbage Bags definition

Garbage Bags means garbage bags manufactured for the use of garbage disposal having a maximum size of 77 cm by 97cm (30" x 38").

For the purpose of recycling, a bag shall mean transparent, blue polyethylene plastic bag fastened at the top. For the purpose of yard waste, a bag shall mean transparent, clear polyethylene plastic bag fastened at the top and can be easily identified as yard waste.
