Household Garbage definition

Household Garbage means any garbage or trash generated by the domestic or household activities of one or more individuals living in a single residence or in single, separate quarters, and excluding specifically any industrial wastes, solid waste generated by commercial property and any waste collected on the site of a multifamily development which consists of the accumulated waste of more than one individual or family living in separate quarters or residences.
Household Garbage means any discarded material from household activities that may include, but is not limited to: wet organic waste, plastic, rubber, disposable diapers, glossy coloured paper, particle board, and other materials that when burned give off offensive odours and visible smoke.

No can shall exceed fifty (50) pounds in weight when filled.

Household Garbage means all kitchen and table waste, of animal or vegetable origin, resulting from the preparation or consumption of food in a dwelling on residential premises, ashes, broken crockery and non-recyclable paper and glassware, and such other discarded materials which are generated at a dwelling or residential premises but shall not include household trash.
