NGG System definition

NGG System means the transmission system operated by NGG upstream of the Moffat Interconnection Point;
NGG System means the national transmission system operated by NGG, the conveyance of gas through which is authorised by the gas transporter’s licence issued to NGG;
NGG System the main pipeline system operated by NGG in Great Britain (being the System as defined in the Network Code), including the NGG Facilities;

  • The TFA will specify whether or not the relevant circumstances constitute an Exceptional Event affecting the NGG System.

  • If the gas tendered for delivery at the System Entry Point is not brought back within the Gas Entry Conditions within a reasonable timeframe then National Grid Gas may issue a further TFA requesting a further reduction in, or a cessation of, flow, or may isolate the CSO Facilities from the NGG System by closing the necessary valves at the National Grid Gas Facility.
