Network Entry Provisions. 7.1 The Network Entry Provisions applicable in respect of the System Entry Point shall be as set out in Schedule 3. The DFO recognises and acknowledges that the Network Entry Provisions are designed to protect the System and to ensure that National Grid can safely transport Natural Gas within the System in compliance with its safety case, and other legislative and contractual requirements.
