Gas Laws definition

Gas Laws means, as appropriate:
Gas Laws means the Gas Pipelines Access (Tasmania) Act 2000 (Tas.), the Gas Pipelines Access Act 1998 (Vic.), the National Third Party Access Code for Natural Gas Pipeline Systems and any other applicable laws in existence at the date of this document.
Gas Laws means all relevant legislation, regulations, codes, binding guidelines, council regulations, licences, proclamations, binding directions or binding standards applicable to the Tasmanian gas market or otherwise applicable to the subject matter of this Agreement or our relationship with you including the Gas Industry Act 2019, the Gas Safety Act 2019 , the Gas Safety Regulations 2021, the Customer Transfer and Reconciliation Code, the Gas Distribution Code and the Gas Retail Code.

  • If recording charts are used, the arithmetical average of the temperature recorded during periods of flow for each chart, the factor for specific gravity according to the latest test therefor, and the correction for deviation from Ideal Gas Laws applicable during each chart period shall be used to make proper computations of volumes hereunder.

  • The correction for deviation from the Ideal Gas Laws shall be computed and applied to volumes calculated by electronic measurement devices.

  • Subject to any limitations under Gas Laws, we may terminate this Agreement by 28 days’ notice in writing to you if you have been disconnected because of your breach of this Agreement or breach of Gas Laws and the Supply Address has not been reconnected (or required by Gas Laws or this Agreement to be reconnected) within 10 Business Days.

  • Bye-laws means the bye-laws of the Company, as amended from time to time.

  • Bulk Sales Laws shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.9.

  • Gas Act means the Belgian Gas Law concerning the transportation of gaseous and other substances by pipeline of 12 April 1965, as amended from time to time.

  • Communications Laws means collectively, the Act, the Rules, and the published and promulgated orders and decisions of the Commission to which Alaska RRC is subject by virtue of its business activities, including but not limited to the Ex Parte Rules.

  • Export Laws means all applicable import, export control and sanctions, including but without limitation, the laws of the United States, the EU, and Germany.

  • Requirements of Laws means any foreign, federal, state and local laws, statutes, regulations, rules, codes or ordinances enacted, adopted, issued or promulgated by any Governmental Body (including, without limitation, those pertaining to electrical, building, zoning, environmental and occupational safety and health requirements) or common law.

  • Economic Sanctions Laws means those laws, executive orders, enabling legislation or regulations administered and enforced by the United States pursuant to which economic sanctions have been imposed on any Person, entity, organization, country or regime, including the Trading with the Enemy Act, the International Emergency Economic Powers Act, the Iran Sanctions Act, the Sudan Accountability and Divestment Act and any other OFAC Sanctions Program.

  • State practice laws means a party state's laws, rules and regulations that govern the practice of nursing, define the scope of nursing practice, and create the methods and grounds for imposing discipline. "State practice laws" do not include requirements necessary to obtain and retain a license, except for qualifications or requirements of the home state.

  • Ex-Im Laws means all applicable Laws, rules and regulations relating to export, re-export, transfer or import controls (including the Export Administration Regulations administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce, and customs and import Laws administered by U.S. Customs and Border Protection).

  • EU Data Protection Laws means EU Directive 95/46/EC, as transposed into domestic legislation of each Member State and as amended, replaced or superseded from time to time, including by the GDPR and laws implementing or supplementing the GDPR;

  • Anti-Corruption Laws means all laws, rules, and regulations of any jurisdiction applicable to the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries from time to time concerning or relating to bribery or corruption.

  • Applicable Laws means the requirements relating to the administration of equity-based awards under U.S. state corporate laws, U.S. federal and state securities laws, the Code, any stock exchange or quotation system on which the Common Stock is listed or quoted and the applicable laws of any foreign country or jurisdiction where Awards are, or will be, granted under the Plan.
