Gas Meter definition

Gas Meter means the measurement device used by the interconnecting pipeline or LDC to measure Gas deliveries for purposes of billing.
Gas Meter means an instrument manufactured primarily for use in measuring, and indicating or recording the measurement of, the volume of gas that has moved through the instrument.
Gas Meter means a meter that conforms to the requirements of section 17(1) of the Gas Act for the purpose of registering the quantity of gas supplied through pipes to premises. Gas Network Party means a Party that holds a Gas Transporter Licence.
