Interconnecting Pipeline definition

Interconnecting Pipeline means a pipeline that directly connects to the Union pipeline system;

More Definitions of Interconnecting Pipeline

Interconnecting Pipeline or “Interconnecting Party” means the Party or such Party’s designees that is responsible for the operations of a Gas system which interconnects with Transporter’s pipeline system and is responsible for verifying Nominations and/or scheduling Gas flow at such points of interconnection. An Interconnecting Party is also a Confirming Party.
