Gathering System Fuel definition

Gathering System Fuel means all Gas and electric power measured and utilized as fuel for the Gathering System, including Gas and electric power utilized as fuel for compressor stations, stated in MMBtus or kilowatt hours (as applicable).
Gathering System Fuel means Gas which is metered and consumed to power and/or operate processes or equipment in the Gathering System. Gathering System Fuel may include fuel gas purchases, the use of raw Gas, and the use of residue gas.

Examples of Gathering System Fuel in a sentence

  • If, during any Month, Gathering System Fuel exceeds the amount a reasonably prudent operator would use as fuel for the Gathering System, then Gatherer shall pay Shipper in respect of such excess that is allocated to Shipper in accordance this Agreement an amount equal to (a) the volume of such excess allocated to Shipper in accordance this Agreement multiplied by (b) the prices received for Shipper’s Gas in the prior Month.

  • Reductions in volumes of Shipper Gas due to the usage of Shipper Gas as measured Gathering System Fuel shall be shared and allocated among all shippers on each Subsystem in the proportion that each such shipper Tenders Gas to the applicable Receipt Points on such Subsystem.

  • That portion of Total Gathering System Fuel Thermal Reduction attributable to each Receipt Point will be allocated in the ratio that the volume of Gas measured in Heating Value from each Receipt Point bears to the total volume of gas measured in Heating Value from all receipt points.

  • Gatherer shall allocate to Shipper its share of such Gathering System Fuel on each Individual System in accordance with Section 1.8 of Exhibit A.

  • Gatherer agrees to provide to Shipper, in its monthly settlement statement pursuant to Article 9.1 below, all necessary and relevant settlement data including, but not limited to, allocated Receipt Point volumes and Gas compositions, Gathering System Fuel usage, and L&U on the Gathering System.

Related to Gathering System Fuel

  • Gathering System means that portion of Gatherer’s pipeline system, including all appurtenances thereto, related to the provision of gathering and transportation services provided by Gatherer pursuant to this tariff.

  • Metering System means all meters and metering devices (including current transformers and potential transformers) owned by the Company and used to measure Dependable Capacity and the delivery by the Company and receipt by BPDB of Net Energy Output;

  • Net metering system means a facility for the production of electrical energy that:

  • Gatherer As defined in the preamble of this Agreement.

  • Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:

  • Transport Gas means the gas purchased by a Customer from a supplier other than KUB that Customer has arranged to have Delivered to KUB for delivery to the Customer by KUB.

  • Pipeline System means each system of Pipeline Assets, Real Property and Easements relating thereto making up an integrated gathering system and gathering system, or other pipeline system.

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.

  • smart metering system means an electronic system that is capable of measuring electricity fed into the grid or electricity consumed from the grid, providing more information than a conventional meter, and that is capable of transmitting and receiving data for information, monitoring and control purposes, using a form of electronic communication;

  • Gas means natural gas, manufactured gas, synthetic natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas or propane-air gas, or a mixture of any of them, but does not include a liquefied petroleum gas that is distributed by means other than a pipeline;

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Pipelines has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.

  • CO2 means carbon dioxide.

  • Metering Point means, for meters that do not use instrument transformers, the point at which the billing meter is connected. For meters that use instrument transformers, the point at which the instrument transformers are connected.

  • Spent fuel means any fuel element or fuel component, solid or liquid, which has been used or exposed to radiation in a nuclear reactor;

  • Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.

  • Refinery means a facility used to produce motor fuel from crude oil, unfinished oils, natural gas liquids, or other hydrocarbons and from which motor fuel may be removed by pipeline, by marine vessel, or at a rack.

  • Ethanol blended gasoline means the same as defined in section 214A.1.

  • Receipt Point(s) means the receipt points set forth in Section 6 of this Toll Schedule.

  • Gathering lines means any pipeline, equipment, facility, or building used in the transportation of oil or gas during oil or gas production or gathering operations.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Gathering means any assembly, concourse or procession in or on—

  • generating plant means the generating facility described in Schedule 1 as amended from time to time;

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • Transporter means a person engaged in the off-site transportation of hazardous waste by air, rail, highway, or water.
