GDPR Terms definition

GDPR Terms means the terms in Attachment 3, under which Microsoft makes binding commitments regarding its processing of Personal Data as required by Article 28 of the GDPR.

GDPR Terms means the new contractual clauses that shall apply to the Agreement and are set out in Annex 1 (attached).

  • Master Terms and Conditions (11/18) means the body of text from the preamble through the signature page of this Contract.

  • Financial Terms means the amount of compensation to be received by Vendor as evidenced by the Contract Documents, during the contract time.

  • Special Terms means the Section of the Contract entitled “Special Terms” that contains terms specific to this Contract, including but not limited to the Scope of Work and contract payment terms. If there is a conflict between the General Terms for Services Contracts and the Special Terms, the Special Terms shall prevail.

  • Quality Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 9.6.

  • General Terms and Conditions means the General Terms and Conditions for Services Contracts as referenced on the RFP cover page.

  • Product Specific Terms means the terms applicable to a specific item of Licensed Software as set out in Schedule 2;
