General Access Data is a Supplier’s account information, name, description of services, the states, countries and jurisdictions in which Supplier operates and/or have offices, contact information of Supplier’s listed main point of contact, and Supplier’s logo, trademarks and service marks.

General Access Data is defined as Your name, description of services, the states, countries and jurisdictions in which You operate and/or have offices, contact information of Your listed main point of contact, and Your logo. You hereby grant to the Avetta a non-exclusive, transferable, fully-paid, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable license and right (i) to use, modify, copy, reproduce, transmit, sub-license, index, model, aggregate, publish, display and distribute Your User Content to provide the Avetta Services to You and all of Avetta’s other Client and Supplier customers, and (ii) to irrevocably anonymize and aggregate Your User Content in order to perform research and development activities and statistical analysis, develop analytic models and to develop and provide other products and services relating to prequalification checks.

General Access Data means information that is required by these Regulations to be included in an energy performance certificate, a display energy certificate or an inspection report, or is included in a recommendation report or an advisory report;

Examples of General Access Data in a sentence

  • You further acknowledge and agree that: (a) General Access Data will be used to assist Clients and potential Clients who are searching for potential bidders; (b) only Clients listed on the Avetta Client list and potential Avetta Clients will be able to view General Access Data; and (c) General Access Data is not public data, but is password protected and shared only with Avetta Clients that are part of the Avetta Network and in certain circumstances, with potential Avetta Clients.

  • General Access Data shall be available for deferred ordering under DFARS 252.227-7027.

Related to General Access Data

  • Access Data means the Client’s access codes, any login code, password(s), his/her Trading Account number and any information required to make Orders with the Company.

  • Access Date means the date on which all of the documents and matters referred to in subclause (8)(c) are approved or determined under the relevant section of the Access Act or of the Access Code;

  • Business Data means all business information and data, including Personal Information (whether of employees, contractors, consultants, customers, consumers, or other persons and whether in electronic or any other form or medium) that is accessed, collected, used, stored, shared, distributed, transferred, disclosed, destroyed, disposed of or otherwise processed by any of the Business Systems or otherwise in the course of the conduct of the business of the Company or any Company Subsidiaries.

  • Lateral Access Roads has the meaning given in subclause (3)(a)(iv));

  • Lateral Access Road Licence means a miscellaneous licence granted pursuant to subclause (6)(a)(ii) or subclause (6)(b) as the case may be and according to the requirements of the context describes the area of land from time to time the subject of that licence;

  • Access Information means information that alone or together with other information, can provide access to any portion of Your Account, including but not limited to, Your Account number, login names, passwords, credit card or other financial information, security questions and their respective answers, and any other similar information. For the avoidance of doubt, Your Access Information will include any similar information for each of Your Users.

  • Access control means a system for allowing only approved individuals to have unescorted access to the security zone and for ensuring that all other individuals are subject to escorted access.

  • Data Subject Access Request means a request made by, or on behalf of, a Data Subject in accordance with rights granted pursuant to the Data Protection Legislation to access their Personal Data;

  • Local Access Transport Area or "LATA" is as defined in the Act.

  • Critical access hospital or “CAH” means a hospital licensed as a critical access hospital by the department of inspections and appeals pursuant to rule 481—51.52(135B).

  • Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual setting out the measures required for the implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time, subject to prior approval of the Association;

  • Subject Access Request means a request for Personal Data falling within the provisions of Section 7 of the DPA and Article 11, 12 & 15 of the GDPR

  • Access Application means an application for Access Rights as described in section 3.7;

  • Collateral Access Agreement means a landlord waiver, bailee letter, or acknowledgement agreement of any lessor, warehouseman, processor, consignee, or other Person in possession of, having a Lien upon, or having rights or interests in Borrower’s or its Subsidiaries’ books and records, Equipment, or Inventory, in each case, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Agent.

  • Local Access and Transport Area or "LATA” has the meaning given to the term in the Act.

  • Direct access means access to a patient or resident or to a patient's or resident's property, financial information, medical records, treatment information, or any other identifying information.

  • Project Implementation Unit or “PIU” means the unit referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
