The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold the Bank free and harmless against any claim, demand, cause of action, debt, cost, damage, expense (including reasonable attorney’s fees) or liability, arising directly or indirectly from (i) the Customer’s use or inability to use the Service; and (ii) any breach by the Customer of any representation, warranty, covenant, procedure or other provisions of these Terms and/or the General Account Terms.
If you exceed these limits, we will charge a fee as indicated in the Fee Schedule and there may be other consequences as described in the General Account Terms and Conditions.
If the account lacks cover for the debiting of the bank’s charges and fees in a situation referred to in clause 11.1 of these General Account Terms, the bank has the right to enter the amount of the debit on the account as its receivable.
Capitalized terms not specifically defined herein shall carry the same meaning as has been ascribed to them in the General Account Terms.
In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the General Account Terms, these Terms shall prevail.2.2 The Customer will be able to avail the Services by maintaining an Investment Account with the Bank.2.3 No check book will be issued in relation to the Investment Account.
