Debit and Credit Cards. Participants may, subject to a procedure established by Administrative Agent and applied in a uniform and nondiscriminatory manner, use debit and/or credit cards (“Cards”) provided by Administrative Agent and supported by the Administrative Agent Designee for the payment of Eligible Expenses (“Card Program”). If Employer elects to participate in the Card Program, Employer shall execute the ACH authorization form attached hereto as Exhibit F. Participants shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the cardholder agreement, which shall be distributed with the Card. The Benefits Approved for Card Use are those set forth in the Adoption Agreement.
