Notice Accounts. 2.13.1. We may offer Notice Accounts from time to time.
2.13.2. Funds may only be withdrawn after the relevant notice period for the Account has elapsed.
2.13.3. The funds will receive interest at the rate applicable to the Notice Account as specified in our Interest Rates Schedule for Commercial Clients or otherwise agreed with you until the Business Day before withdrawal. Credit interest will be credited to your Notice Account (or other nominated Account).
2.13.4. Interest is calculated from the date cleared funds are deemed to have been received, until the Business Day before withdrawal.
2.13.5. Interest is normally paid gross, unless there are circumstances in which we are required to pay net interest. We are obliged to notify HMRC annually of all interest paid, unless specifically exempted from doing so.
2.13.6. If we make changes to interest rates, these will be done in accordance with term 2.10 provided that if the interest rate change is not to your advantage, we will give you advance notice of at least the same term as the notice period applicable to your Account. We also reserve the right to add, amend or withdraw interest rate tiers to the Account upon giving you advance notice of at least the same term as the notice period applicable to your Account.
2.13.7. When notice of withdrawal is given, the notice period begins on the day of receipt by us (provided it is a Business Day) of the withdrawal notice and funds (including interest) will be paid out on the final day of the notice period. Where the final day is not a Business Day, funds will be paid out on the next Business Day.
2.13.8. Once notice of withdrawal has been given, it is not possible for that request to be cancelled. Funds will be placed into your Current Account following the expiry of the notice period.
2.13.9. Requests relating to withdrawals or closure that are received outside of any specified notice period will be at our absolute discretion, and will only be permitted in exceptional circumstances. Any breakage will be carried out in line with our breakage policy, which is available from us upon request.
2.13.10. We reserve the right to close the Notice Account to new funds before the nominated closure date.
Notice Accounts you can only make payments to an account in your name. You must give us the required notice to withdraw funds as set out in the additional conditions for your account. We will only consider whether to allow an early withdrawal in cases of extreme emergency, but we do not have to agree to this.
Notice Accounts. Once you have opened your account with us, you will have 14 days in which to pay in sufficient funds to meet the minimum balance of the account. If we receive no payment into the account or the account has not met the minimum balance within 14 days, then we will close your account and refund any deposit. If this happens, we will not pay interest on the refunded deposit.
Notice Accounts. The minimum deposit required to maintain a Notice Account is £1,000. The maximum deposit which we will accept is £250,000.
Notice Accounts. (a) Each Chargor shall deliver to the Common Security Agent promptly and in any event not later than two Business Days after the date of this Deed (or, in respect of any Account opened or change occurring after the date of this Deed, promptly and in any event not later than two Business Days after the date of opening of that Account or that change), details of any Account maintained by it (unless those details are set out in Part C (Accounts) of Schedule 2 (Security Assets) or any schedule to any Accession Document). Such details shall include the name of the Account Bank with whom each Account is maintained, together with the account number, sort code and description of that Account.
(b) Each Chargor shall within two Business Days after the date of this Deed (or, in respect of any Account opened after the date of this Deed, within two Business Days after the date of opening of that Account):
(i) give notice to each Account Bank substantially in the form set out in Schedule 3 (Form of notice and acknowledgment for Accounts); and
(ii) use its best endeavours to procure that the Account Bank delivers to the Common Security Agent a duly completed acknowledgment of that notice substantially in the form set out in Schedule 3 (Form of notice and acknowledgment for Accounts).
(c) The entry into this Deed by the Parties shall constitute written notice to the Common Security Agent and acknowledgment by the Common Security Agent of that notice, in each case, substantially in the form set out in Schedule 3 (Form of notice and acknowledgment for Accounts), of any Transaction Security created pursuant to this Deed over any Account maintained by any Chargor with the Common Security Agent on the date of this Deed.
Notice Accounts. 4.1 Once the Client has a Deposit Account, the Client may apply to Moneycorp Bank for a Notice Account(s) and, if Moneycorp Bank accepts the Client’s application, which shall be at Moneycorp Bank’s sole discretion, it shall open a Notice Account for the Client (the ‘Notice Account(s)’). The specific terms relating to Notice Account(s) shall be set out in the Product Disclosure Statement which the Client will be required to read, understand and accept prior to proceeding.
