General Financial Product Advice definition

General Financial Product Advice means a recommendation, statement of opinion or a report given by XX XXXXXX to the Client on financial products as described in the PRDS that XX XXXXXX may provide to the Client without consideration of the personal objectives, circumstances or needs of the Client;
General Financial Product Advice means a recommendation, statement of opinion or a report given by JDX to the Client on financial products as described in the PRDS that JDX may provide to the Client without consideration of the personal objectives, circumstances or needs of the Client;
General Financial Product Advice is as defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) as it may vary from time to time;

Related to General Financial Product Advice

  • Financial Products “Development Services”; “Target Market”; “Investment Areas”; and “Targeted Populations” have the meanings ascribed to such terms in 12 C.F.R. 1805.104.
