General Further Competition Procedure definition

General Further Competition Procedure means the call off procedure set out in paragraph 4 of Schedule 5 (Ordering Procedures); Good Industry Practice means standards, practices, methods and procedures conforming to the Law and the exercise of that degree of skill and care, diligence, prudence and foresight which would reasonable and ordinarily be expected from a skilled and experienced person or body engaged in engaged within the relevant industry or business sector; Government ICT Strategy means the Government ICT Strategy which can be referenced here - xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xx/government/publications/uk-government-ict-strategy-resources Guidance means any current UK Government Guidance on the Public Contracts Regulations. In the event of a conflict between any current UK Government Guidance and the Government Procurement Service Guidance, current UK Government Guidance shall take precedence; HMG Information Assurance Standard the standard used to assess - and suggest responses to - technical risks to confidentiality, integrity and availability; HMG Security Policy Framework xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xx/government/publications/Security-policy-framework Holding Company shall have the meaning given to it in section 1159 of the Companies Act 2006; Inbound Voice Services As described in paragraph 7.5 of Schedule 1 (Service Requirements and Supplier Service Descriptions); Incidents means an unplanned incident or interruption to Services, reduction in the quality of the Services or event which could affect the Services in the future; Information has the meaning given under section 84 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, as amended from time to time;
General Further Competition Procedure means the award procedure described in paragraph 4 of Framework Schedule 5 (Call Off Procedures);

  • The Supplier acknowledges and agrees that any Charges submitted in relation to a Short Form Further Competition Procedure or General Further Competition Procedure held in accordance with Framework Schedule 5 (Ordering Procedures) shall be equal to or lower than the Framework Prices.

  • If an Electronic Reverse Auction is to be held, the Contracting Body shall notify all of the Suppliers and shall conduct the General Further Competition Procedure in accordance with the procedures set out in paragraph 5.

  • Ensure all General Tender Responses submitted by the Supplier in relation to a General Further Competition Procedure held pursuant to this paragraph 10.1.11 shall remain open for acceptance by the Contracting Body for ninety (90) Working Days (or such other period specified in the invitation to tender issued by the relevant Contracting Body in accordance with the Call Off Procedure).

  • Further Competition Procedure means the ordering procedure described in paragraph 3 of Schedule 5 (Ordering Procedure) of this Framework Agreement;

  • Acceptable Confidentiality Agreement means a confidentiality agreement that contains terms that are no less favorable in the aggregate to the Company, than those contained in the Confidentiality Agreement; provided, that such agreement and any related agreements shall not include any provision calling for any exclusive right to negotiate with such party or having the effect of prohibiting the Company from satisfying its obligations under this Agreement.

  • Non-Competition Period means the period the Executive is employed by the Company plus one (1) year from the Termination Date if the Executive's employment is terminated (i) by the Company for any reason, (ii) by the Executive for any reason, or (iii) by reason of either the Company's or the Executive's decision not to extend the term of this Agreement as contemplated by Section 1 hereof.

  • Internal confidentiality agreement or statement means a confidentiality agreement or any other written statement that the contractor requires any of its employees or subcontractors to sign regarding nondisclosure of contractor information, except that it does not include confidentiality agreements arising out of civil litigation or confidentiality agreements that contractor employees or subcontractors sign at the behest of a Federal agency.

  • main phase employment and support allowance means an employment and support allowance where the calculation of the amount payable in respect of the applicant includes a component under section 2(1)(b) or 4(2)(b) of the Welfare Reform Act 2007 except in Part 1 of Schedule 1;

  • income-related employment and support allowance means an income-related allowance under Part 1 of the Welfare Reform Act 2007;

  • Dispute Resolution Procedures means the procedures outlined in Annexure A of the MSA Determination.

  • Conciliation agreement means a written agreement setting forth the resolution of the issues in conciliation.

  • Mutual Benefits means the transient and steady-state support that the integrated generation and Transmission Systems in PJM and New York provide to each other inherently by virtue of being interconnected as described in Section 35.4 of this Agreement.

  • Indemnification Period means the period of time during which Indemnitee shall continue to serve as a director or as an officer of the Corporation, and thereafter so long as Indemnitee shall be subject to any possible Proceeding arising out of acts or omissions of Indemnitee as a director or as an officer of the Corporation.

  • Confidentiality Period means, (A) with respect to Confidential Information (other than trade secrets), during the term of the Service Term and for a period of one (1) year after termination of the Service Term, and (B) with respect to trade secrets, during the term of the Service Term and for such period thereafter as the information in question falls within the definition of trade secrets under prevailing law.

  • converted employment and support allowance means an employment and support allowance which is not income-related and to which a person is entitled as a result of a conversion decision within the meaning of the Employment and Support Allowance (Existing Awards) Regulations 2008;

  • Period of Agreement means 5 years from the date of Final acceptance of the Project.

  • Applicable Participation Agreement Has the meaning specified in Section 5.01(b) of this Trust Supplement.

  • Existing Confidentiality Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 4.01.

  • General Terms means these terms.
