General Partner Related Person any of (a) the General Partner, (b) Oaktree Capital Group, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, (c) OCGH, (d) Oaktree Capital Group Holdings GP, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, (e) the current and former principals, officers, directors, employees and duly authorized agents and representatives of any of the entities described in the foregoing clauses (a) through (e), and (f) the current and former officers of the Partnership. Governmental Authority: any national, federal, state, county, municipal, local or other government, governmental, regulatory, self-regulatory or administrative authority (including the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and the New York Stock Exchange), agency or commission, or any court, tribunal or judicial or arbitral body, whether domestic or foreign, in each case, of competent jurisdiction.

  • Managing Partner means KKR Management LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

  • General Partnership Interest means a Partnership Interest held by the General Partner that is a general partnership interest.

  • General Partners means all such Persons.

  • Departing Partner means a former General Partner from and after the effective date of any withdrawal or removal of such former General Partner pursuant to Section 11.1 or 11.2.

  • Business Partner means a legal entity that requires use of a training service in connection with Customer’s and its Affiliates’ internal business operations. These may include customers, distributors, service providers and/or suppliers of Customer.

  • Advisory Person means (i) any employee of the Fund, Manager or Adviser/Subadviser (or of any company in a control relationship to the Fund, Manager or Adviser/Subadviser) who, in connection with his or her regular functions or duties, makes, participates in, or obtains current or pending information regarding the purchase or sale of a security by the Fund, or whose functions relate to the making of any recommendations with respect to such purchases or sales; and (ii) any natural person in a control relationship to the Fund who obtains information concerning recommendations made to the Fund with regard to the purchase or sale of a security.

  • MLP GP means any general partner of any MLP and any general partner of the general partner of any MLP.

  • Departing General Partner means a former General Partner from and after the effective date of any withdrawal or removal of such former General Partner pursuant to Section 11.1 or Section 11.2.

  • Managing Member means CEF Equipment Holding, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company or any successor Managing Member under the Issuer Limited Liability Company Agreement.

  • MLP has the meaning given such term in the introduction to this Agreement.

  • Non-Managing Member means any Member other than the Managing Member.
