General Purpose Lane Capacity Improvements. (GPCLI) means the addition of a new General Purpose Lane in each direction of SH 288 and associated improvements to the General Purpose Lanes as described in the Ultimate Configuration.
Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.
Substitute Improvements means the substitute or additional improvements of the Issuer described in Article V hereof.
Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

Residential care facility means an institution, residence, or facility that is licensed by the department of mental health under section 5119.22 of the Revised Code and that provides care for a child.
