General Revenue Bond Resolution definition

General Revenue Bond Resolution means the Single Family Mortgage Revenue Bond Resolution adopted by the Authority on November 20, 2009, as amended and supplemented from time to time in accordance with the provisions thereof.
General Revenue Bond Resolution means the resolution adopted by the Authority on August 3, 1992, as amended on January 5, 2007, entitled “General Revenue Bond Resolution”, as supplemented.

  • Renewable energy facility means an electric generation unit or other facility or installation that produces electric energy using a Renewable Energy Source.

  • Initial Resolution Period As defined in Section 2.03(b).

  • Performance Bond means the financial security for performance a USF Service Provider must furnish in accordance with section 54 of this RFA;

  • Extended Summer Resource Price Adder means, for Delivery Years through May 31, 2018, an addition to the marginal value of Unforced Capacity as necessary to reflect the price of Annual Resources and Extended Summer Demand Resources required to meet the applicable Minimum Extended Summer Resource Requirement.

  • Refunding Bonds means Bonds issued pursuant to provisions of this Master Indenture, the proceeds of which are used to refund one or more Series of Outstanding Bonds.

  • Bond Indenture means, for any series of Bonds, the indenture pursuant to which such Bonds are issued and any supplement thereto relating to such Bonds.

  • Special Resolution Regime means each of (i) the Federal Deposit Insurance Act and the regulations promulgated thereunder and (ii) Title II of the Xxxx-Xxxxx Xxxx Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and the regulations promulgated thereunder.
