Section I., C., TRAVEL EXPENSES is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: Travel must always be billed at the current approved General Service Administration (GSA) rate in effect for the service date on the invoice.
Buyer will reimburse per diem, airfare or mileage (when authorized in writing in advance) as authorized pursuant to standard General Service Administration (GSA) rates.
