General Terms & Conditions of Purchase means these conditions of purchase (as may be amended from time to time in accordance with Condition 28.3) together with each Purchase Order and all documents and terms expressly incorporated here
General Terms & Conditions of Purchase all provisions in this document as well as all provisions in the documents referred to in these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase.
General Terms & Conditions of Purchase means the General Terms & Conditions of Purchase set forth in this document.

Examples of General Terms & Conditions of Purchase in a sentence

  • The duty to indemnify and/or hold harmless the AOSC shall not be limited by the insurance required under the General Terms & Conditions of Purchase.

  • The following order of precedence shall apply in case of contradictions between the contractual documents: Purchase order form and technical specification; General Terms & Conditions of Purchase; quotation issued by the supplier.

  • Releasors agree to become fully aware of any safety risks involved with the performance of services under any contract with the AOSC and any safety precautions that need to be followed and agree to take all such precautions.The duty to indemnify and/or hold harmless the AOSC shall not be limited by the insurance required under the General Terms & Conditions of Purchase.

  • These General Terms & Conditions of Purchase shall govern the purchasing process between the buyer (hereinafter called “TechnoAlpin”) and the supplier, taking precedence by their mutual agreement over any other agreements of the supplier to the contrary, unless agreed otherwise in writing with TechnoAlpin.

  • Our General Terms & Conditions of Purchase shall also apply exclusively if we do not object to the incorporation of our supplier’s conditions in individual cases or if, although being aware of contrary or supplementary terms and conditions of the supplier, we accept a delivery without reservation.

  • These General Terms & Conditions of Purchase also apply to all future business relations with the supplier, even if they are not explicitly agreed upon again.

  • Should any provision of these General Terms & Conditions of Purchase be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

  • In addition to the insurance provisions in the General Terms & Conditions of Purchase, the liability insurance coverage, except Professional Liability, Errors and Omissions or Workers’ Compensation insurance, required for performance of a contract with the AOSC shall include the AOSC, its divisions, officers, and employees as Additional Insureds, but only with respect to the selected Vendor’s activities under the contract.

  • These General Terms & Conditions of Purchase shall apply exclusively to all of our or our affiliated companies’ orders and contracts (hereinafter “order”) governing the purchase of goods and services (hereinafter “delivery”).

  • In addition to the insurance provisions in the Judicial General Terms & Conditions of Purchase, the liability insurance coverage required for performance of a contract with the AOSC, except Professional Liability, Errors and Omissions or Workers’ Compensation insurance, shall include the AOSC, its divisions, officers and employees as Additional Insureds but only with respect to the Vendor’s activities under the contract.

Related to General Terms & Conditions of Purchase

  • General Conditions means the “International Development Association General Conditions for Credits and Grants”, dated July 1, 2005 (as amended through October 15, 2006).

  • Additional Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions that govern the promotion as determined by the Participating Banks (if any).

  • Conditions of Service means the document developed by a distributor in accordance with subsection 2.4 of the Code that describes the operating practices and connection rules for the distributor; (DSC)
