Geographic Units means counties(or equivalent areas), incorporatedplaces, minor civil divisions that areunits of local government, census tracts, block numbering areas, block groups,and American Indian or Alaska Native areas (as each is defined by the U.S.Bureau of the Census) or other areas deemed appropriate by the Fund;
