Examples of Gilead Development Plan in a sentence

  • From time to time during the Term, Gilead may amend the Gilead Development Plan, in Gilead’s sole discretion, and shall provide GlobeImmune with an updated copy thereof on an annual basis, except that Gilead shall promptly provide to GlobeImmune an update copy thereof upon any material change to such Gilead Development Plan.

  • Such Gilead Development Plan shall be determined by Gilead in its sole discretion.

  • During the Profit-Share Term: (a) the JSC shall review and discuss potential amendments to the Gilead Development Plan, including the Gilead Development Budget, at least [******]; and (b) subject to Section 3.1.5, the JSC shall have the authority to approve any amendment to the Gilead Development Plan, including the Gilead Development Budget.

  • Any information that is required to be included in the Gilead Development Plan or any JT Development Plan or updates thereto pursuant to Section 3.2(a) or (b), but which is not yet available to or developed by a Party at the time such plan is first reviewed by the Joint Committee, shall be provided when available to the Joint Committee by such Party and included in a subsequent JT Update or Gilead Update, as applicable.

  • The Nyquist frequency is 3840 Hz, therefore, the sampling bandwidth adequately covers up to about the 16th harmonic for the 40 Hz case and the 32nd harmonic for the 20 Hz case.

  • Commercial Development Plan means the written commercialization plan attached as Appendix E.

The term does not include an establishment engaged in efficiency surveys, management studies, consumer surveys, economic surveys, advertising, promotion, banking, or research in connection with literary, historical, or similar projects.

  • Planned development means a real property development other than a community apartment project, a condominium project, or a stock cooperative, having either or both of the following features:

  • Research and development means (1) theoretical analysis, exploration, or experimentation; or (2) the extension of investigative findings and theories of a scientific or technical nature into practical application for experimental and demonstration purposes, including the experimental production and testing of models, devices, equipment, materials, and processes. Research and development does not include the internal or external administration of radiation or radioactive material to human beings.

  • Joint Development Committee or “JDC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10.

  • Joint Commercialization Committee or “JCC” has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).

  • Development Team means the entities and professionals assembled to develop and manage the Project, typically including the Applicant, Owner, Developer(s), Co-Developer(s) and general partner or any other related entities in which the Developer or Co-Developer has an identity of interest or a Controlling Interest.

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.

  • Marketing Plan means a plan or system concerning a material aspect of conducting business. Indicia of a marketing plan include any of the following:

  • Program Plan means the tobacco settlement program plan dated February 14, 2001, including exhibits to the program plan, submitted by the authority to the legislative council and the executive council, to provide the state with a secure and stable source of funding for the purposes designated by section 12E.3A and other provisions of this chapter.

  • Commercial Development means any development on private land that is not heavy industrial or residential. The category includes, but is not limited to: hospitals, laboratories and other medical facilities, educational institutions, recreational facilities, plant nurseries, multi-apartment buildings, car wash facilities, mini-malls and other business complexes, shopping malls, hotels, office buildings, public warehouses and other light industrial complexes.

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means any and all activities undertaken at any time for a particular Licensed Product and that relate to the manufacturing, marketing, promoting, distributing, importing or exporting for sale, offering for sale, and selling of the Licensed Product, and interacting with Regulatory Authorities regarding the foregoing.

  • Work Plan means a plan that describes each individual activity to be conducted to complete eligible activities and the associated costs of each individual activity.

  • Development Activities means those activities which are normally undertaken for the development, construction, rehabilitation or conversion of buildings for residential purposes, including the acquisition of property;
