Global Agreement definition

Global Agreement means the Global Supply Agreement, dated January 1, 1996, between RP and Colgate, as amended or extended by the parties to that Global Agreement from time to time.

Global Agreement means this Global Agreement for Granting Guarantees with Respect to Derivative Financial Transactions.
