Global Common Facilities definition

Global Common Facilities means all property and facilities intended for use in the operation and maintenance of the Facility and which are common to the operation and maintenance of the Facility, the Johnsonville Combustion Turbine Plant and any other facility existing on or adjacent to the Facility Site, as more particularly described in Attachment C to the Owner Lessor Mortgage.

Global Common Facilities means the Global Common Facilities Site and all property (other that Local Common Facilities), whether real or personal, now existing or hereafter acquired, constructed or installed for use in common stock by one or both of the Units and one or both of Unit 3 or Unit 4 (other than the Coal Stockpile), including, without limitation, the improvements, fixtures and equipment described in Part B of Schedule 7 of the Participation Agreement (defined as the "Plant Scherer Common Facilities" in the Ownership Agreement).

Examples of Global Common Facilities in a sentence

  • The Facility consists of generating Units, Common Facilities, and other equipment, material or property, other than real property, associated with the Units and Common Facilities (but not associated with the Global Common Facilities), all of which are located on, under, or over the Facility Site, which Facility Site is the real property located in Humphreys County, Tennessee and is described in greater detail in Exhibit 1 to the Ground Lease.
