Unit 3 definition

Unit 3 means Colstrip Unit No. 3, a 805 MW (gross capacity) coal-fired steam electric generating unit located on the Unit 3 Site in Rosebud County, Montana, designated "Colstrip Unit 0," xnd specifically excluding therefrom the Transmission Facilities.

Unit 3 has the meaning ascribed for “Unit #3” in the Multi-Hearth Furnace Contract for Unit #3, of even date herewith, by and between the Parties.

Unit 3 means the Additional Unit referred to in VCM 19 as “Unit 3.”

• To the best of City’s knowledge, there are no special assessments, fees or charges (including any “impact fees” or charges in the nature thereof) of any kind or nature whatsoever levied or assessed or pending or contemplated against Current Unit 3 by any governmental authority having jurisdiction.

Unit 3 means the third Unit to successfully complete the Commissioning Tests;
