Without limiting the foregoing, none of the Arrangers, the Global Documentation Agents, the Global Syndication Agents or any other Agent shall have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any Lender, and none of the Global Administrative Agent, the Canadian Administrative Agent, the Arrangers, the Global Documentation Agent, the Global Syndication Agent or any other Agent shall have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries.
