Global Medical Information definition

Global Medical Information means the following information related to Synacthen and/or the Drug Substance that Defendants obtained from Novartis pursuant to the Synacthen License Agreement: medical or clinical information, adverse event reports, and safety information, including, but not limited to, clinical study reports, pre-clinical data and toxicity data.
Global Medical Information means any medical or clinical information, adverse event reports and/or safety information related to the Product and/or the Drug Substance owned or controlled by or on behalf of Novartis and/or its Affiliates in the Field, and including but not limited to clinical study reports, pre-clinical data and toxicity data that are in existence on the Effective Date.
Global Medical Information means any medical or clinical information related to the Product and/or the Drug Substance owned or controlled by Novartis and/or its Affiliates outside of the Territory or in the Territory for use outside the Territory in the Field, whether or not included in a Marketing Authorization for the Product and including but not limited to clinical study reports, pre-clinical data and toxicity data and that are in existence, and owned or controlled by Novartis and/or its Affiliates that Novartis is not prohibited by Law from disclosing to Purchaser.

Related to Global Medical Information

  • Medical information means any information about a consumer's medical or mental health treatment or diagnosis by a health care professional.

  • Technical Information means technical data or computer software, as those terms are defined in the clause at DFARS 252.227-7013, Rights in Technical Data-Non Commercial Items, regardless of whether or not the clause is incorporated in this solicitation or contract. Examples of technical information include research and engineering data, engineering drawings, and associated lists, specifications, standards, process sheets, manuals, technical reports, technical orders, catalog-item identifications, data sets, studies and analyses and related information, and computer software executable code and source code.

  • Controlled technical information means technical information with military or space application that is subject to controls on the access, use, reproduction, modification, performance, display, release, disclosure, or dissemination. Controlled technical information would meet the criteria, if disseminated, for distribution statements B through F using the criteria set forth in DoD Instruction 5230.24, Distribution Statements on Technical Documents. The term does not include information that is lawfully publicly available without restrictions.

  • Information technology services means services designed to do any of the following:

  • Information Technology Systems means all information technology systems, Software, computers, workstations, databases, routers, hubs, switches, networks and other information technology equipment used or held for use in, or otherwise relating to, the Business.

  • Confidential commercial information means records provided to the govern- ment by a submitter that arguably contain material exempt from release under Exemption 4 of the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552(b)(4), be- cause disclosure could reasonably be expected to cause substantial competi- tive harm.

  • Information Technology Resources means agency budgetary resources, personnel, equipment, facilities, or services that are primarily used in the management, operation, acquisition, disposition, and transformation, or other activity related to the lifecycle of information technology; acquisitions or interagency agreements that include information technology and the services or equipment provided by such acquisitions or interagency agreements; but does not include grants to third parties which establish or support information technology not operated directly by the Federal Government.   • Licensed Information means any information concerning the Licensed Program, which is owned by the Licensor and is licensed to the Licensee together with the Licensed Program. Licensed Information includes such information as input form, user manual, interface format and input/output format and is delivered to and used by the Licensee as confidential information or proprietary property of the Licensor.

  • Confidential Materials means all tangible materials containing Confidential Information, including without limitation written or printed documents and computer disks or tapes, whether machine or user readable.

  • Proprietary Information and Technology means any and all of the following: works of authorship, computer programs, source code and executable code, whether embodied in software, firmware or otherwise, assemblers, applets, compilers, user interfaces, application programming interfaces, protocols, architectures, documentation, annotations, comments, designs, files, records, schematics, test methodologies, test vectors, emulation and simulation tools and reports, hardware development tools, models, tooling, prototypes, breadboards and other devices, data, data structures, databases, data compilations and collections, inventions (whether or not patentable), invention disclosures, discoveries, improvements, technology, proprietary and confidential ideas and information, know-how and information maintained as trade secrets, tools, concepts, techniques, methods, processes, formulae, patterns, algorithms and specifications, customer lists and supplier lists and any and all instantiations or embodiments of the foregoing or any Intellectual Property Rights in any form and embodied in any media.

  • Program Information has the meaning set forth in Section 14.8.

  • Proprietary Materials means any tangible chemical, biological or physical research materials that are furnished by or on behalf of one Party to the other Party in connection with this Agreement, regardless of whether such materials are specifically designated as proprietary by the transferring Party.

  • Student Personal Information means information collected through a school service that personally identifies an individual student or other information collected and maintained about an individual student that is linked to information that identifies an individual student, as identified by Washington Compact Provision 28A.604.010. For purposes of this DPA, Student Personal Information is referred to as Student Data.

  • Citizens Confidential Information means all information, data, and documentation, whether marked as confidential or not, disclosed to Vendor in the course of this Agreement that is either: (a) Protected under any applicable state or federal law (including Chapter 119, Florida Statutes; Sections 501.171, and 627.351(6), Florida Statutes; Chapter 69O-128, Florida Administrative Code; and, 15 U.S.C. § 6801 et seq.); (b) private information concerning Citizens’ employees or policyholders (including social security numbers, personal health information, personal credit information, banking information, drivers’ license numbers, personal email addresses, personal phone numbers, and home addresses); or, (c) related to any Citizens’ manuals, lists, operating and other systems or programs, business practices or procedures, insurance policies, claimants or claims, or any business, governmental, and regulatory matters affecting Citizens. “Citizens Confidential Information” does not include any information, data or documentation that: (a) is publicly available through no fault of Vendor or Vendor Staff; or, (b) Vendor developed independently without relying in any way on Citizens Confidential Information.

  • Business Confidential Information has the meaning set forth in Section 5.04(a).

  • Biological Materials means certain tangible biological materials that are necessary for the effective exercise of the Patent Rights, which materials are described on Exhibit A, as well as tangible materials that are routinely produced through use of the original materials, including, for example, any progeny derived from a cell line, monoclonal antibodies produced by hybridoma cells, DNA or RNA replicated from isolated DNA or RNA, recombinant proteins produced through use of isolated DNA or RNA, and substances routinely purified from a source material included in the original materials (such as recombinant proteins isolated from a cell extract or supernatant by non-proprietary affinity purification methods). These Biological Materials shall be listed on Exhibit A, which will be periodically amended to include any additional Biological Materials that Medical School may furnish to Company.

  • Biometric information means any information, regardless of how it is captured, converted, stored, or shared, based on an individual’s biometric identifier used to identify an individual. Biometric information does not include information derived from items or procedures excluded under the definition of biometric identifiers.
