Global Steering Committee definition

Global Steering Committee means the persons identified on Schedule A, being legal or beneficial holders of various Claims under the Lender Facilities and certain other credit facilities with respect to certain NRG Subsidiaries.

  • All Global Steering Committee members are required to submit the following documentation to DFAT two weeks prior to the Global Steering Committee meeting: Summary progress reports, highlighting the main activities undertaken since the last Global Steering Committee meeting; A brief work plan of activities to be undertaken in the next calendar year; and Other documentation deemed relevant.

Global Steering Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.4.
