Global Support Team definition

Global Support Team shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.4(a) hereof.
Global Support Team has the meaning set forth in the Agency Agreement.

  • The Agent shall provide Customers or potential customers with detailed information concerning the characteristics, uses and availability of Roundup Products as shall be supplied by the Global Support Team.

  • The Annual Business Plan shall also specify the impact which the failure to meet such performance standards may have on the incentive schemes and bonus plans of the individual members of the Global Support Team and those employees who are part of the Business Units in charge of the Roundup L&G Business.

  • The Agent shall receive any such returned Roundup Products into its warehouses and prepare the appropriate credit memos, subject to the joint approval of the Business Unit and the Global Support Team for any return exceeding $500,000.

  • Monsanto may from time to time substitute any individual serving on the Global Support Team, with the written approval of the Agent, by providing a prior written notice to the Agent to such effect.

  • Monsanto, the Agent, the Steering Committee, and the Global Support Team will exchange a broad range of operating data on a periodic basis.

  • Monsanto shall grant the Agent's nominee the authority to manage the Roundup Bank Accounts on Monsanto's behalf, and more generally take any and all actions requested for the payment of all the Roundup L&G Business Expenses in compliance with the terms of Section 3.3 hereunder as per the Cash Flow Chart attached hereto as Schedule 3.2(d); provided that checks in an amount over $25,000 shall also require the co-signature of an Assigned Employee or a member of the Global Support Team.

  • At all times, the Agent shall make available via computer and/or original documentation, to the members of the Global Support Team continuous access to the Roundup Records as appropriate on a need-to-know basis, such access shall include, but not be limited to, daily sales updates and additional financial reporting with such detail as Monsanto may reasonably request from time to time.

  • The Agent shall be responsible for maintaining a consumer response center relating to Roundup Products; provided that, unless the Business Unit and the Global Support Team otherwise agree, any human and animal-related health calls shall be automatically or via operator forwarded, with respect (i) to human emergency calls to the Cardxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxson Control Center and (ii) to animal emergency calls to the National Animal Poison Control Center.

  • Upon approval by the Steering Committee, the Annual Business Plan shall serve as the Agent’s parameters for implementing the day-to-day operation of the Roundup Business; any Significant Deviations from such Annual Business Plan shall require the prior approval of the Steering Committee unless already approved by the Global Support Team and the Business Unit pursuant to Section 4.2(c).

  • Monsanto shall name three (3) individual employees of Monsanto to form a support team (the "Global Support Team") whose names and individual responsibilities are described on Schedule 4.4(a) as attached hereto.

Related to Global Support Team

  • Helpdesk Support means the 24x7x365 centre which shall handle Fault reporting, Trouble Ticketing and related enquiries during this contract.

  • IEP team means a group of individuals described in Wis. Stat. § 115.78 that is responsible for evaluating the child to determine the child’s eligibility or continued eligibility for special education and related services and the educational needs of the child; developing, reviewing, or revising an IEP for the child; and determining the special education placement for the child.

  • Project Team means Owner, Contractor, A/E and consultants, any separate Contractors employed by Owner, and others employed for the purpose of programming, design, and construction of the Project. The members of the Project Team will be designated in writing by Owner and may be modified from time to time in writing by Owner.

  • Technical Support means the technical assistance for attempting resolution of a reported Case through error correction, patches, hot fixes, workarounds, replacement deliveries, or any other type of Product corrections or modifications.

  • Financial Support Direction means a financial support direction issued by the Pensions Regulator under section 43 of the Pensions Xxx 0000.

  • Development Team means the entities and professionals assembled to develop and manage the Project, typically including the Applicant, Owner, Developer(s), Co-Developer(s) and general partner or any other related entities in which the Developer or Co-Developer has an identity of interest or a Controlling Interest.

  • National Medical Support Notice or “NMSN” shall mean a notice that contains the following information:

  • Design Team means Architect and its Subconsultants as set forth in the Design Services Agreement.

  • Level 2 Support means, with the use of technical support specialists: (i) performing Defect isolation, Defect replication and interoperability testing; (ii) performing remote diagnostic services and on-site troubleshooting, if required; (iii) identifying the source of Defects; (iv) developing a reproducible test case for any Defect and documenting the details of such Defect for escalation to Level 3 Support; and (v) developing and implementing Workarounds where reasonably possible.

  • Mobile crisis outreach team means a crisis intervention service for minors or families of minors experiencing behavioral health or psychiatric emergencies.

  • Project Steering Committee or “PSC” means the committee referred to in Section I.B of Schedule 2 to this Agreement;

  • Games Team means the New Zealand Team at the Games selected in accordance with the NZOC Selection Policy for the Games.

  • First Level Support means any support relating to calls from Customer’s customers, end users or affiliates or general resolution of user errors, network errors, provisioning errors or Internet delays or malfunctions.

  • Steering Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Development Committee has the meaning set forth in Article 3 of the Amended and Restated Research and Development Agreement.

  • JSC has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Project Leader shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Team Leader means an employee who is in a set or team and who is generally responsible for the work executed by the employees comprising such set or team;

  • Program Manager means the HCAI manager responsible for the grant program.

  • Service Planning Team or “SPT” means a team who includes the Individual and/or the Individual’s identified support network, Contractor’s lead administrative staff supporting medical, behavioral and activity oversight called out in this Contract, Contractor’s Administrator or designee and ODHS Designee. The team is responsible for overseeing the Individual’s Service Plan and all other associated plans or services in this Contract.

  • Joint Research Committee or “JRC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.1.

  • JRC has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.

  • Level 3 Support means, with the use of backup engineering and technical support staff, isolating Defects and developing Defect corrections including, without limitation, Upgrades.

  • Project Managers means the individuals identified in Section 12 of this Agreement who are authorized by TriMet and Subrecipient respectively to send and receive communications regarding this Agreement.

  • Crew leader means a person employed to organize the work for a crew of
