Globalstar System definition

Globalstar System means the system consisting of the Satellites, Ground Control Network, network control centers and user terminals for the provision of communications services.

Globalstar System means Globalstar's worldwide, low-earth orbit, satellite-based digital telecommunications system as described in the Prospectus, as defined below.
