GNMA Guaranty Agreement definition

GNMA Guaranty Agreement means one (1) or more guaranty agreements in the form set forth in the GNMA Guide between the Master Servicer and GNMA now or hereafter in effect pursuant to which GNMA has agreed or will agree to guarantee GNMA Certificates backed by Mortgage Loans.
GNMA Guaranty Agreement means the one or more Guaranty Agreements between the Servicer and GNMA now or hereafter in effect pursuant to which GNMA has agreed or will agree to guarantee GNMA Certificates.
GNMA Guaranty Agreement means the one or more guaranty agreements in the form set forth in the GNMA Guide between each Servicer and GNMA now or hereafter in effect pursuant to which GNMA has agreed or will agree to guarantee GNMA Certificates backed by Mortgage Loans.
