Governing Athletics Rules definition

Governing Athletics Rules means any and all present or future legislation, rules, regulations, directives, written policies, bylaws and constitutions, and official or authoritative interpretations thereof, and any and all amendments, supplements, or modifications thereto, promulgated hereafter by the NCAA or the __________ Conference or any successor of such association or conference, or by the Athletics Director in the conduct and administration of the Athletics Department.
Governing Athletics Rules means (a) any and all present or future legislation, rules, regulations, directives, policies, bylaws and constitutions, and official or authoritative interpretations thereof, and any and all amendments, supplements, or modifications thereto, promulgated hereafter by the NCAA or the AAC, or by any other athletic conference or governing body hereafter having regulatory power or authority relating to ICAA and/or the University’s intercollegiate athletics program; and (b) all applicable federal, state, and local laws or regulations, including but not limited to those regulating college athletics, coaches, staff, student-athletes, or competition.

  • CCASS Rules means the General Rules of CCASS and the CCASS Operational Procedures in effect from time to time;
