Governing Body Arbitration Rules definition

Governing Body Arbitration Rules means the commercial arbitration rules of the Governing Body.
Governing Body Arbitration Rules means the rules from the National Grain and Feed Association Trade Rules and Arbitration Rules Booklet, as amended on March 5, 2010, and as otherwise amended or restated from time to time.

  • Arbitration Rules means the AAA’s Commercial Arbitration Rules and Mediation Procedures.
