Governing Body Member definition

Governing Body Member means a Member admitted as such pursuant to Article 3(b)
Governing Body Member means a member of a governing body of a charter school who will be a voting member upon completion of the initial seven hour training provided by the department or who has completed the initial seven hour training and is a voting member.
