Government license means a license to serve and sell

Government license has the meaning set forth in Section 3.24.

Government license means a license to serve and sell spirituous liquor on specified premises available only to a state agency, state board, state commission, county, city, town, community college or state university or the national guard or Arizona coliseum and exposition center on application by the governing body of a state agency, state board, state commission, county, city, town, community college or state university or the national guard or Arizona exposition and state fair board.

• U.S. customs law prohibits the shipment of goods to certain countries as well as to certain designated individuals and entities while shipment (including re-export) to some other countries, persons, and/or entities requires U.S. Government license application and approval.
