Governmental Access Channel definition

Governmental Access Channel or “Governmental Channel” means any Channel on a Cable System set aside by a Franchisee for Noncommercial government use.

Governmental Access Channel means a video channel made available by the Franchisee and designated for non-commercial use by the Franchising Authority for the purpose of showing public local government programming.
