Governmental Agency or Agencies means any federal, state, local or foreign government, political subdivision, court, agency or other entity, body, organization or group exercising any executive, legislative, judicial, quasi-judicial, regulatory or administrative function of government.
Governmental Agency or Agencies means, whether of the United States of America, of any state or territory thereof or of any foreign jurisdiction, any government, political subdivision, court, agency, or other entity, body, organization or group exercising any executive, legislative, judicial, regulatory or administrative function of government.
