Governmental Change definition

Governmental Change has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4(b).
Governmental Change means any laws, rules, regulations, court orders, administrative rulings or other governmentally-imposed or governmentally- sanctioned requirements (including mandatory wage increases) which result in changes to the costs of performance hereunder.
Governmental Change has the meaning given such term in Section 8.1 of Exhibit B to this Lease.

Examples of Governmental Change in a sentence

  • The cost of pursuing any variance or waiver of a Governmental Change pursuant to this Section 8.1 shall be the sole responsibility of Tenant.

  • The period of time required to implement or to pursue any variance or waiver of a Governmental Change shall constitute an Force Majeure Delay.

  • Any proposed Governmental Change Orders shall be promptly delivered to Buyer by Seller.

  • Seller shall be solely liable for the cost of all Governmental Change Orders.

  • In the event that any changes to the Drawings are required by Legal Requirements, Permitted Exceptions and/or by any Governmental Authorities (collectively, a “Governmental Change”), Landlord shall consult with Tenant to determine if Landlord shall file for a variance or waiver of such Governmental Change or whether Landlord shall implement any such Governmental Change to the Drawings with Tenant’s consent, not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed.

Governmental Change. Intellectual Property Rights" shall mean any laws, rules, regulations, court orders, administrative rulings or other governmentally-imposed or governmentally-sanctioned requirements (including mandatory wage increases) which result in changes to the costs of performance hereunder. shall mean any and all intellectual property rights worldwide arising under statutory law, common law or by contract and whether or not perfected, including all: (i) trade dress, trademark, and service mark rights; (ii) patents, patent applications and patent rights; (iii) rights associated with works or authorship including copyrights, copyright applications, copyright registrations, mask works rights, mask work applications, mask work registrations; (iv) rights relating to trade secrets and confidential information; (v) any rights analogous to those set forth in this section and any other proprietary rights relating to intellectual property; and (vi) divisionals, continuations, renewals, reissues and extension of the foregoing (as and to the extent applicable) now existing, hereafter filed, used or acquired, and whether registered or unregistered.

  • Governmental Body means any government or governmental or regulatory body thereof, or political subdivision thereof, whether federal, state, local or foreign, or any agency, instrumentality or authority thereof, or any court or arbitrator (public or private).

  • Governmental Entity means any national, federal, state, municipal, local, territorial, foreign or other government or any department, commission, board, bureau, agency, regulatory authority or instrumentality thereof, or any court, judicial, administrative or arbitral body or public or private tribunal.
