Governmental Contracts definition

Governmental Contracts means those Contracts or requests for proposed Contracts between the Seller and Governmental Authorities that are Acquired Contracts.

Related to Governmental Contracts

  • Governmental contract means a contract awarded by a govern- mental entity for general construction, an improvement, a service, or a public works project or for a purchase of supplies, materials, or equipment. The term includes a contract to obtain professional ser- vices subject to Government Code 2254. Gov’t Code 2252.151(3)

  • Governmental Consents has the meaning set forth in Section 3.5.

  • Governmental Authorizations means, with respect to any Person, all licenses, permits, certificates, waivers, consents, franchises (including similar authorizations or permits), exemptions, variances, expirations and terminations of any waiting period requirements and other authorizations and approvals issued to such Person by or obtained by such Person from any Governmental Authority, or of which such Person has the benefit under any Applicable Law.
