Examples of Governmental Required Consents in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Purchaser acknowledges that certain Governmental Required Consents and other Consents to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement may be required and such Governmental Required Consents and other Consents may not be obtained prior to the Closing.
