GPM Fund definition

GPM Fund. A custodial Eligible Account established by the Servicer for any GPM Loan, which must comply with the standards applicable to the related Certificate Account, to be funded with an amount which, together with projected reinvestment earnings thereon at a rate specified in the related Pooling and Servicing Agreement, will provide funds sufficient to support the payments required on such GPM Loan on a level debt service basis.
GPM Fund means with respect to any series, a custodial account established by the related servicer, subservicer or trustee as described in the related prospectus supplement, which contains amounts deposited by the depositor or another source to cover shortfalls in payments created by GPM Loans included in the related mortgage pool.
GPM Fund. The meaning specified in Section 7.01.

Examples of GPM Fund in a sentence

  • All monies received by the Trustee pursuant to Article I with respect to the GPM Fund, together with any Eligible Investments in which such monies are or will be invested or reinvested during the term of this Agreement, shall be held by the Trustee in the GPM Fund as part of the Trust Fund subject to disbursement and withdrawal as herein provided.

  • The Trustee shall not in any way be held liable by reason of any insufficiency of such GPM Fund resulting from any loss of investment in any Eligible Investment.

  • All income or other gain from such investments shall be credited to such GPM Fund and any loss resulting from such investments shall be charged to such GPM Fund.

  • If the Depositor shall not have given any direction pursuant to this Section 7.01(b), the GPM Fund shall be invested and reinvested by the Trustee pursuant to Section 7.05, as fully as practicable in such manner as the Trustee shall from time to time determine in its sole discretion, but only in one or more Eligible Investments.

Related to GPM Fund

  • Sub-Fund means a segregated pool of assets and liabilities into which the Trust Fund is divided, established under the Trust Deed and the relevant supplemental deed as a separate trust as described in the relevant Appendix.

  • Program fund means the program fund established under section 12D.4.

  • Investment Fund has the same meaning as in National Instrument 81-106 Investment Fund Continuous Disclosure;

  • Endowment fund means an institutional fund or part thereof that, under the terms of a gift instrument, is not wholly expendable by the institution on a current basis. The term does not include assets that an institution designates as an endowment fund for its own use.

  • Special Fund means any fund other than the city general fund.

  • Program Funds means all funds that are required to be deposited into the Non-profit School Food Service Account.

  • Settlement Fund means the Settlement Amount plus any and all interest earned thereon.

  • New Fund means each of the series portfolios of the Trust, one of which shall correspond to one of the Current Funds as shown on Schedule A.

  • Loan Fund means the special fund created by the RECIPIENT for the repayment of the principal of and interest on the loan. “Loan Security” means the mechanism by which the RECIPIENT pledges to repay the loan.

  • Revenue Fund means the fund so designated in, and created pursuant to, Section 502 hereof.

  • Pooled Fund means any pooled fund established and maintained by the Partners as a pooled fund in accordance with the Regulations Pooled Fund Manager means such officer of the Host Partner which includes a Section 113 Officer for the relevant Pooled Fund established under an Individual Scheme as is nominated by the Host Partner from time to time to manage the Pooled Fund in accordance with Clause [10]. Provider means a provider of any Services commissioned under the arrangements set out in this Agreement.

  • Special Funds means, collectively, the Bond Fund, the Project Fund and the Collateral Fund, and any accounts therein, all as created in the Indenture.

  • Private Fund means an issuer that would be an investment company as defined in section 3 of the Investment Company Act of 1940 but for Section 3(c)(1) or 3(c)(7) of that Act.

  • Payment Fund has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(a).

  • Member Account means the regular account and the variable account.

  • Mutual Fund or “Fund” or “UTIMF” means UTI Mutual Fund, a Trust under the Indian Trust Act, 1882 registered with SEBI under registration number MF/048/03/01 dated January 14, 2003.

  • State Fund means a component of the Settlement Fund described in subsection VIII.D.

  • Pre-Funding Account means the account designated as the Pre-Funding Account in, and which is established and maintained pursuant to Section 7.07.

  • Investment Funds means all monies and financial resources available for investment by the Authority, other than proceeds of bonds issued by the Authority.

  • Provident Fund means any fund (other than a pension fund, benefit fund or retirement annuity fund) which is approved by the Minister in respect of the year of assessment in question: Provided that the Minister may approve a fund subject to such limitations or conditions as he or she may determine, and shall not approve a fund in respect of any year of assessment unless he or she is in respect of that year of assessment satisfied -

  • Mutual Funds means (i) all open-end mutual funds; and (ii) similar pooled investment vehicles established in non-U.S. jurisdictions, such as registered investment trusts in Japan. For purposes of the Code, Mutual Fund does not include shares of open-end money market mutual funds (unless otherwise advised by Compliance).

  • Insurance Fund means the pest control insurance fund established pursuant to this compact.

  • Separate Account shall have the respective meanings assigned to such terms in Section 3 of ERISA.

  • Public fund means the state treasurer or a retirement system.
