Omnibus Plan means the Hanesbrands Inc. Omnibus Incentive Plan of 2006, as amended from time to time, and any successor plan or plans. The long-term incentive described in this section (“Long-Term Cash Incentive Plan”) includes cash long-term incentives, but does not include stock options, RSUs, or other equity awards. Such amounts shall be payable as provided in section 2(c). Treatment of stock options, RSUs, or other equity awards shall be determined pursuant to the Executive’s award agreement(s). Equity Award means all incentive stock options, non-statutory stock options, shares of restricted stock, restricted stock units or other incentive equity awards in respect of shares of the Company’s equity securities that have been or will be granted to you by the Company.
Equity Awards will mean Executive’s outstanding stock options, stock appreciation rights, restricted stock units, performance shares, performance stock units and any other Company equity compensation awards.
STIP means the Company’s short-term incentive plan under Section 8 of the Company’s 2007 Omnibus Incentive Plan, effective May 8, 2007, as may be amended from time to time, or any successor plan, program or arrangement thereto.
Equity Plans meanss the stock option and incentive plans adopted and maintained by the Company from time to time.
