Grand Bend definition

Grand Bend means collectively the Grand Bend LP and Grand Bend Wind Farm.
Grand Bend means Grand Bend Wind GP Inc., as general partner for and on behalf of Grand Bend Wind Limited Partnership;
Grand Bend means the 100 MW wind farm to be located in the Grand Bend area of Ontario.

BEO’s will be approved and signed by the Judicial Council’s representative, as set forth in Exhibit B.
