Grant Offer definition

Grant Offer means the details listed in the ARC’s RMS under ‘Grant Offers’ showing the project details and grant amount.
Grant Offer means the sum of money made available by the Department;
Grant Offer means the screenshot of the grant offer taken from the ARC’s online Research Management System (RMS) set out in Annexure 1. Intellectual Property or IP means all copyright and neighbouring rights, all rights in relation to inventions (including patent rights), patents, plant varieties, registered and unregistered trademarks (including service marks), registered designs, rights in circuit layouts and other rights resulting from intellectual activity (other than moral rights under the Copyright Act 1968).
