GRANTING OF ADMINISTRATIVE LEAVE. Employees shall be granted paid administrative leave upon approval of their supervisor in accordance with County policies and guidelines. Administrative leave may be granted in increments not to exceed twelve hours (or the regular shift). For example, an employee who works a 4/10 schedule may be granted 10 hours of administrative leave on his/her usual workday.

  • Administrative leave means placing an employee on leave pursuant to state law. Nothing in the Title IX regulations precludes a recipient from placing a non-student employee respondent on administrative leave during the pendency of a grievance process, provided that Massachusetts laws are followed.
