(C. ) (pending before the Legislature as this bill), imposed on and collected from those customers of a public utility receiving a loan made to finance the purchase or installation of green infrastructure equipment under the loan program established by P.L. , c. (C. ) (pending before the Legislature as this bill).

  • Green infrastructure means a stormwater management measure that manages stormwater close to its source by:
