Green Tags Price Component definition

Green Tags Price Component means: (1) the price for Green Tags determined by arithmetically averaging quotes for Green Tags from three nationally recognized independent Green Tag brokers selected by PacifiCorp pursuant to which PacifiCorp could reasonably purchase substitute Green Tags similar to those Green Tags that Seller failed to deliver, with delivery terms, vintage period and any renewable program certification eligibility that are similar to those contained herein, calculated as of the date of default or as soon as reasonably possible thereafter; or (2) if after the Effective Date a liquid market for Green Tags exists, the price established for Green Tags from the established liquid market for Green Tags in a form and location that PacifiCorp determines reasonably states the market value of the Green Tags delivered hereunder.

Green Tags Price Component means: (1) the price at which Seller could have sold Green Tags under a binding agreement between Seller and a third party; or (2) in the absence of such a binding agreement, the price for green tags from a solar energy resource determined by arithmetically averaging quotes for green tags from three nationally recognized independent green tag brokers selected by Seller, with delivery terms, vintage period and any renewable program certification eligibility that are similar to the Green Tags from the Facility, in each case calculated as of the date triggering such calculation or as soon as reasonably possible thereafter.

  • In the event the Company determines that Replacement RECs are not reasonably available, Company shall notify Customer of the same by June 1 of the following calendar year and shall credit or pay to Customer the Green Tags Price Component for all such non-replaced RECs within 60 days of such notification.

Green Tags Price Component means five dollars ($5) per MWh; provided that if after the Effective Date a liquid market for Green Tags emerges in a form and location that PacifiCorp determines reasonably states the market value of the Green Tags delivered hereunder, PacifiCorp may in its discretion replace such $5 per MWh with such designated market price reports for Green Tags, effective as of the time specified by PacifiCorp.
