Ensure that SCPPA shall receive any and all environmental attributes associated with the generating facility and the energy output, including but not limited to renewable energy credits and air emission credits or offsets (i.e., Greenhouse Gas Credits, at the location of source and for the gross output of the plant or otherwise credited).
