Ground Lease Parcel definition

Ground Lease Parcel means a specific portion of the Master Ground Lease Parcel which is subject to an individual Ground Lease.
Ground Lease Parcel means that portion of the Property leased to Borrower pursuant to the Ground Lease.
Ground Lease Parcel is defined in the Recitals. “Ground Rent” is defined in Section 2.1.2 herein.

Ground Lease Parcel means [i] the Land located at 00 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Baltimore, Maryland and [ii] the Land related to each Facility identified on Exhibit C as a “Ground Lease Parcel”, individually and collectively. Except as specifically set forth herein, “Facility” includes each Ground Lease Parcel.
