Ground Lease Parcel definition

Ground Lease Parcel means a specific portion of the Master Ground Lease Parcel which is subject to an individual Ground Lease.

Ground Lease Parcel means that portion of the Property leased to Borrower pursuant to the Ground Lease.

Ground Lease Parcel is defined in the Recitals. “Ground Rent” is defined in Section 2.1.2 herein.

• Tenant acknowledges that Landlord has made no representation to Tenant with respect to the terms of the Ground Leases and that Tenant is relying solely on its lessee predecessor in interest or the lessor of each Ground Lease Parcel with respect to the terms, provisions and status of the Ground Leases.

More Definitions of Ground Lease Parcel

Ground Lease Parcel means [i] the Land located at 00 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Baltimore, Maryland and [ii] the Land related to each Facility identified on Exhibit C as a “Ground Lease Parcel”, individually and collectively.
