Group care facilities definition
Group care facilities means places other than family care homes or child care centers providing care for small groups of children.
Group care facilities means a residential facility licensed by the Department of Family Advocacy to provide full-time care and community-based services for more than five (5) but fewer than thirteen (13) children.
